Batting cages:  Coordinate schedules and distribution of keys to managers and coaches.  Occasionally inspect for needed repairs.  (One person)

Clinics:  Coordinate clinic activities with interested managers/coaches and high school/senior league players and qualified trainers (Garrett Teel, Pro Player, PBI, etc).  Conduct publicity.  Supervise programs.  (As needed)

Commissioner::  Coordinate and supervise activities in specific league.  Distribute equipment, schedules, uniforms and photos to managers/coaches.  Conduct drafts.  Coordinate practices and games.  Structure playoffs and all-star games.  Review and interpret rules.  Provide main contact to and among managers/coaches.  Truly the “heart” of the GRBA.  (One per level.)

Events:  Procure and distribute shirts/trophies/medals for all-star games, playoffs and season end.  (One or two people.)

Fields:  Assist GRBA Director of Fields on all fields related matters.  Assist with setting up fields in spring and breaking down fields in the late summer.  (Open number)

Open Practice Coordinator (3rd/4th Grade Boys or 5th/6th Grade Boys):  Establish drills for Open Practice Night.   Coordinate volunteers.  Send reminder emails to participants.  Oversee drills and volunteers during Openr Practice Night to be held once per week during the season. (One person per level)

Open Practice Volunteer (3rd/4th Grade Boys or 5th/6th Grade Boys):  Assist Coordinator with running drills at Open Practice Night. (Open number of people).

Opening Day:  Coordinate opening day parade and ceremony including attendance of celebrities (municipal officials, local sports figures).  (One person)

Picture Day:  Help schedule, advertise and run Picture Day and coordinate distribution of photos.  (One or two people)

Publicity/Website:  Coordinate publication of news articles and announcements regarding GRBA activities in local newspapers and in school system.  Establish and coordinate GRBA journalism program for “cub” reporters.  Review and update http://www.GRBA.org .  Gather current information, news stories and photos for inclusion on site and establish links with other sites.  Consider and implement other community outreach initiatives.  (Open number of people)

Snackstand Coordinator:  Set up schedule for snackstand volunteers.  Coordinate volunteers.  Send reminder notes.  Collect inventory needs from volunteers (One or two people).

Snackstand Volunteer:  Work the snackstand during weeknight games (5:30 PM until approximately 8:00 PM) or a Shift on Saturday or Sunday. (Open number of people).

Sponsors:  Solicit team sponsors and collect funds.  (One or two people)
